Jason Alexandridis was a developing amateur racer competing in the United States across four seasons from 2011 to 2014. He raced in NASA, a national multiclass championship mixing amateur and semi-professional fields with graded professionals, piloting BMW machinery in the GTS1, GTS3 and Spec E30 classes. He held a Bronze FIA grade, the amateur classification in endurance and sportscar racing.[1]
Alexandridis made 30 starts in NASA and took two podiums, finishing 36th in the championship standings in his final season of 2014. He was a regular competitor against drivers including Deejay Riley, a club-level driver and 2015 NASA Spec E46 champion, and Bennett McMicking, who would accumulate 153 NASA starts over a longer career; Alexandridis typically finished behind both. He did take victories over Andrew Clark, a competitive amateur who became 2021 NASA Spec E30 champion after 185 NASCAR starts, and Sean Aron in club-level racing.[2]
