Mads Gravsen was a semi-professional endurance racing driver competing in the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie, a multiclass championship where amateurs race alongside graded professionals in shared-car endurance events. He drove Porsche Cayman GT4 Clubsport cars in the Cup 3 class and also raced in the VT2 Hecka 4WD class for SRS Team Sorg Rennsport across two seasons from 2023 to 2024.[1]
Gravsen completed 14 starts in the series and took four podiums across 2023 and 2024, finishing sixth in the 2024 championship standings after three podiums from eight rounds that season. He raced against established opposition; he finished behind professionals Fabio Grosse, the 2023 Cup 3 champion, and Heiko Eichenberg, a multiple Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie champion and FIA Bronze-graded driver, in the majority of their meetings. He took individual victories over stronger drivers including Thierry Vermeulen, an established FIA Gold professional with 44 GT World Challenge Europe starts, and Morris Schuring, a professional gold-graded driver who has raced the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup and DTM.[2]
