Marc Sharinn is a competitive amateur competing in North American sportscar and endurance racing. His Racer Rating of 2,666 places him at the club racing level, where drivers race against professionals in pro-am and one-make classes. The FIA Bronze categorisation confirms his status as an amateur gentleman driver in endurance racing, typically sharing grids with professionals rather than competing among them.[1]

Sharinn's record spans four seasons from 2021 to 2025 across three series, with 10 starts producing three podiums but no wins. His primary focus has been American Endurance Racing in 2024 and 2025, where he has competed six times and finished on the podium three times, including a pair of results against Mike Dipillo, the three-time American Endurance Racing Class 4 champion, whom Sharinn has beaten once while finishing behind him twice across their five shared races. He has also started twice in IMSA Prototype Challenge and twice in Trans-Am TA2.
