Michelle Squirek is a semi-professional driver competing in her second season of SCCA club racing. Her rating of 3,290 places her in the semi-professional band, a level that encompasses winners in club and one-make racing who compete regularly against paid drivers. Across ten starts in SCCA Majors and the SCCA Runoffs, she has taken three podium finishes but has not yet won a race; her average finishing position is seventh.[1]

The substance of her record lies in her competitive standing within her peer group. Squirek has beaten established rivals on occasion: she finished ahead of Camden Gruber, a professional driver rated 4,371, once across ten shared races; she has twice outfinished Nate Cicero, an FIA Silver-graded professional; and she has single-race victories over semi-professional drivers Rocco Pasquarella and Cam Ebben. Against her most frequent competitors, however, the pattern is mixed. She holds a winning head-to-head record only against Mitchell Lowry, a competitive amateur, finishing ahead of him seven times in eight races. Against Weston Duchak and Michael Tinis, drivers near her own level, she has struggled to consistently finish ahead. Squirek remains active in club racing, with recent activity in 2025 and 2026 SCCA events, including participation in the packed Saturday action at HSR The Mitty in April 2026. She has not yet established herself as a consistent race winner at her level, though her occasional results against professional drivers show she belongs in competitive company.
