Nicola Cadei is a retired entry-level professional racing driver, FIA Silver graded, who competed in multiclass endurance championships. He raced GT3 machinery in the Road to Le Mans series for Kessel Racing, a well-established team that has fielded established professionals including James Calado; he also made a single World Endurance Championship appearance in the LMGTE Am class for Ferrari's AF Corse operation.[1]

His indexed record spans two seasons across three starts, from 2012 to 2020. A single WEC entry in 2012 finished 19th in the championship standings. His primary racing came later through Road to Le Mans, where he contested two endurance races sharing a GT3 car with teammates at Kessel Racing between 2012 and 2020. In those meetings he finished ahead of Rodrigo Sales, an established professional with European Le Mans Series and IMSA experience, and Rino Mastronardi, a Silver-graded professional who won the 2020 Le Mans Cup GT3 title and the 2021 European Le Mans Series LMGTE class.[2]

Within the international endurance fields he raced, he typically finished behind Paolo Ruberti, a Gold-graded professional and 2012 WEC LMGTE Am champion with extensive WEC and International Formula 3000 racing. Cadei's sparse record reflects limited indexed appearances rather than consistent underperformance in a full campaign; his standing as a Silver-graded driver reflects the scale at which professional endurance racing operates and the depth of his competition rather than any absence of capability.
