Emiliano Spataro is an entry-level professional racing in Turismo Carretera, Argentina's premier single-seater national championship, driving a Ford Mustang for Dodge. He has raced at this level since 1997, with 225 starts across 16 completed seasons and four wins to his name.[1]

Spataro's career began with six starts in International Formula 3000 in 1997, where he drove for Scuderia Coloni alongside established professionals in a mixed-grade field. He has since spent nearly three decades in Turismo Carretera, accumulating eight podiums alongside his four victories. His most recent indexed win came in a wet-weather Buenos Aires 200km shared with Christian Ledesma in 2017. The 2026 season is currently in progress; Spataro has taken part in four rounds so far.[2]

Across his regular calendar, Spataro finishes typically behind his most frequent opponents, Jonatan Castellano and Christian Ledesma, both entry-level professionals with comparable Turismo Carretera experience. He has finished ahead of established professionals including Thomas Biagi, a two-time FIA GT champion and former Formula 3000 competitor, on two occasions, and Gonzalo Rodríguez, an established professional who raced 27 Formula 3000 starts, once.
