🏳️ Robert Provost

Robert Provost is a club-level driver who raced in national amateur and semi-professional multiclass sprint championships in the United States between 2011 and 2014. He competed in NASA's 944 Cup class, which runs naturally aspirated eight-valve Porsche 944s, and in PCA Club Racing's SP2 class for Porsches. His primary series was PCA Club Racing, where he made 32 starts across three seasons.[1]

Provost finished third in the PCA Club Racing championship standings in 2014, his final season, with one win and seven podiums from thirteen rounds. Across his four seasons of racing, he took nine wins and sixteen podiums from 34 starts. His 2011 NASA campaign comprised two starts with no finishes in the points.[2]

In PCA Club Racing, Provost usually finished ahead of Jeffrey Muller, a developing driver with significant experience in the series. He was closely matched with Allan Cohen, another developing driver who raced both PCA Club Racing and NASA. He beat Van Svenson, a competitive amateur with 126 American Endurance Racing starts and 74 PCA Club Racing appearances, on five occasions.
