Penders finished 30th in the championship standings across his four seasons of indexed racing. He raced most often against Michael Bartels, a three-time FIA GT champion and established professional, typically finishing behind him, and against Bert Longin, an FIA Bronze-graded established professional and regular FIA GT competitor with whom he was closely matched. Penders took a best result over Bert Longin once and beat Stefano Livio, an established professional with twenty FIA GT starts, in their sole meeting.[2]
