Spencer Bucknum is an entry-level professional racing in national solo and multiclass sprint championships in the United States. He competes primarily in TC America powered by Skip Barber, a multiclass touring car series, where he drives an entry-level production-based Honda Civic Si for LA Honda World Racing. He holds an FIA Silver grading, positioning him as a developing driver within endurance and sportscar racing rather than an established professional.[1]
Bucknum won the 2023 TC America championship with LA Honda World Racing, taking seven wins and fifteen podiums across fifteen starts in the TCA class. That same year he added a win from two starts in the parallel TC series, also for the team. Since then he has raced in McLaren Trophy America, a multiclass endurance series, for Flying Lizard Motorsports in 2025, and has contested the TGRNA GR Cup North America single-class series and the Whelen Mazda MX-5 Cup. His career began with two Formula 4 starts in 2021. Across all series, he has thirty-one starts on record, eight wins, and eighteen podiums.[2]
Bucknum races regularly against entry-level professionals of similar standing. He finishes consistently ahead of William Lambros, a peer who has also contested TC America and the GR Cup, and runs closely matched with Devin Anderson across multiple series.
