Gresham Wagner is a professional driver competing in solo single-class racing and multiclass endurance competition across North America. He races Mazda MX-5 Cup cars for JTR Motorsports Engineering in the Whelen Mazda MX-5 Cup, where he has spent most of his career since 2018, and competes in Toyota GR86 cup cars for Copeland Motorsports in TGRNA GR Cup North America. He also races GT4 cars in the Silver class of GT4 America's multiclass endurance series for RAFA Racing Team. Wagner holds an FIA Silver grading, placing him below the full-professional grades within endurance racing.[1]
Wagner has won two championships; he took the 2021 Whelen Mazda MX-5 Cup with Spark Performance and the 2024 TGRNA GR Cup North America with Copeland Motorsports. Across 100 starts in the Mazda MX-5 Cup through 2025, he recorded 14 wins and 42 podiums. In TGRNA GR Cup North America, he amassed 13 wins and 26 podiums from 31 starts over two seasons. His 2025 GT4 America campaign yielded 3 wins and 7 podiums from 13 starts. He is currently active in the 2026 Whelen Mazda MX-5 Cup, sitting fifth in the championship standings after six rounds with one podium so far.[2]

He has regularly finished ahead of Jared Thomas, a three-time Mazda MX-5 Cup ND2 champion and FIA Silver driver, and the two remain closely matched. Wagner has also finished ahead of Corey Heim, an established professional and three-time NASCAR Truck champion, and Connor Zilisch, an FIA Gold-graded established professional who has raced in NASCAR Xfinity and NASCAR Cup Series. Against Alex Bachoura, an entry-level professional and 2025 Mustang Challenge champion, Wagner usually finishes ahead.
