🇺🇸 Jeremy Fletcher

Jeremy Fletcher is an entry-level professional racing in national single-class and multiclass championships across North America. He races primarily for McCumbee McAleer Racing in the Whelen Mazda MX-5 Cup presented by Michelin, where he drives a Mazda MX-5 in spec trim. Fletcher has also competed in the TGRNA GR Cup North America for Copeland Motorsports and in amateur and semi-professional multiclass series including NASA, Mustang Challenge, and Historic Sportscar Racing.[1]

Fletcher won the 2025 Whelen Mazda MX-5 Cup championship, taking 10 wins across 50 starts in that series over four seasons. He has recorded 21 wins and 48 podiums across 117 starts in all indexed series since 2019, building a record that spans SCCA Regionals and Majors, NASA's multiclass grid, and endurance entries in IMSA Pilot Challenge and Historic Sportscar Racing. In 2026 he is defending his title; through six rounds he has taken two wins and two podiums and currently sits third in the championship standings with the season still in progress.[2]

Fletcher's regular opponents in the Whelen Mazda MX-5 Cup include Jared Thomas, a professional and three-time series champion graded FIA Silver, against whom Fletcher is closely matched, and Parker DeLong, an entry-level professional, whom he usually finishes ahead of. His strongest recorded scalp is established professional Connor Zilisch, an FIA Gold driver and 2025 NASCAR Xfinity champion, whom Fletcher has beaten five times across their meetings in the Mazda Cup. Fletcher has also finished ahead of Earl Bamber, an established professional and FIA Platinum driver with a 2019 IMSA WeatherTech GTLM championship to his name, twice.
