Tim Lynn is an entry-level professional racing driver competing in American single-seater and silhouette series. He races a 2010 Chevrolet Camaro GT.R, a tube-frame V8 silhouette car, in the Velocity Invitational where he currently sits second in the championship standings. His career on record spans seven seasons from 2019 to 2026, totalling 13 starts across Trans-Am TA2, Trans-Am, and the Velocity Invitational.[1]

Lynn has won once, taking victory in the Velocity Invitational this season from two rounds raced so far, and carries one additional podium finish across his indexed career. His Trans-Am TA2 record over eight seasons brought no wins or podiums despite ten starts in the series. Against regular opponents in TA2, he typically finishes behind Rafa Matos, a two-time TA2 champion and former Star Mazda champion with substantial single-seater and stock car experience, but usually ahead of Barry Boes, a driver with similar professional grading and TA2 background.[2]

Lynn has twice finished ahead of Connor Zilisch, an established professional and FIA Gold driver who has raced full-time in NASCAR Xfinity and NASCAR Cup Series, and beat Brent Crews once, another established professional and FIA Silver driver who won the 2023 TA2 championship and moved on to NASCAR Xfinity and ARCA Menards East. His Velocity Invitational campaign, still in progress, represents a step up in both the machinery and the results he is currently producing.
