Todd Souza is an entry-level professional competing part-time in national single-class stock car racing. He drives the No. 13 Ford for Central Coast Racing, his own team, primarily in ARCA Menards West; he has also made starts in ARCA Menards Series and NASCAR Xfinity. His racing spans two decades, though his indexed record runs from 2007 to the present.[1]

Souza has made 62 starts in ARCA Menards West across seven seasons, taking three podiums, and contested five races in ARCA Menards Series. The bulk of his racing comes on ovals; he races road and street courses only occasionally. His two NASCAR Xfinity starts came in 2007, when he finished 44th in the championship standings. Central Coast Racing, which fields him in most of his starts, has won three races across the index with a roster that has included the professional Sean Hingorani.[2]

Souza typically finishes behind Trevor Huddleston, the 2025 ARCA Menards West champion and a regular in both ARCA series, but runs ahead of Takuma Koga, a semi-professional who has contested over 50 ARCA Menards West starts. He has finished ahead of established professionals including Brad Keselowski, a former NASCAR Xfinity champion with over 250 starts in that series.
