Corey LaJoie is an American stock car racing driver and the son of two-time Busch Series champion Randy LaJoie, a lineage that placed him in stock car racing from an early age. He came up through the sport with stints as a development driver for Richard Petty Motorsports and JGL Racing before establishing himself as a regular presence in national NASCAR competition. He currently competes in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, where he has built a substantial body of work across 281 career starts.[1]
Across that body of work, LaJoie has yet to record a win, podium, or championship, and his Racer Rating of 3,442 places him 763rd among active drivers on a scale where the sport's elite sit near 10,000 to 11,500. His 2026 season has followed a similar pattern, with no wins or podiums through 11 rounds and a 34th-place standing. LaJoie remains active in the series, continuing to campaign for results that have so far eluded him at the top of the scoring sheet.[2]
