Crone is an entry-level professional competing in national multiclass endurance and sprint racing across multiple IMSA series and international single-seater competition. She races GT4 cars and LMP3 prototypes in the IMSA VP Racing SportsCar Challenge for Forty7 Motorsports, where she has accumulated nine podiums across her career, and holds an FIA Silver grading in sportscar racing, a classification for drivers developing at that level. She has also competed in F1 Academy for ART Grand Prix as part of the Haas Driver Development Program, racing its R1, R2 and R3 classes across international rounds, and previously drove LMP3 prototypes in the IMSA Prototype Challenge and Lamborghini Super Trofeo cars in North American competition.[1]
Her record spans six seasons from 2021 to the present. The bulk of her racing has come in the IMSA VP Racing SportsCar Challenge, where she has made twenty starts since 2023 and claimed nine podiums; she also contested eight rounds of Prototype Cup Germany in 2023. Her international single-seater effort came through sixteen starts in F1 Academy across 2024 and 2025, competing in a field mixing drivers from amateur to professional backgrounds across multiple classes. Earlier seasons included eleven starts in the IMSA Prototype Challenge in 2021 and 2022, where she raced the amateur and semi-professional graded field in LMP3 machinery, and two starts in Lamborghini Super Trofeo in 2024.[2]
Crone typically finishes behind the established professionals in her regular field. She has raced consistently against Dan Goldburg, a professional with substantial IMSA endurance experience, and usually comes out second in their meetings; she is more evenly matched with Brian Thienes, an entry-level professional and longtime VP Racing regular with forty-three starts in that series. She has finished ahead of George Kurtz, the 2023 IMSA WeatherTech LMP2 champion and 2024 Asian Le Mans champion, and Bijoy Garg, the 2023 IMSA VP Racing SportsCar Challenge P3 champion, though each of these occurred once across their racing together.
