David LeBlanc was a club racer and semi-professional competitor whose career rating of 1,843 places him in the competitive amateur band; he raced consistently at the front of club fields against drivers of similar standing. Over six seasons from 2014 to 2019, LeBlanc accumulated 56 starts across BMW CCA Club Racing, NASA, and American Endurance Racing, with a striking average finish position of 1.9 across all classified races. His 32 wins and 43 podiums came predominantly in BMW CCA Club Racing, where he posted 29 wins in 51 starts and won the 2019 BMW CCA Club Racing IP championship.[1]

LeBlanc dominated his most frequent rivals decisively. Against Chad Waddell, a semi-professional rated 2,153, LeBlanc finished ahead in 22 of 25 shared races. He compiled perfect or near-perfect records against lower-rated drivers Greg Wharton (21 wins in 21 races), Gregory Teese (20 wins in 21 races), Matthew Noonan (17 wins in 18 races), and JP Tracey (15 wins in 16 races). He also beat Bob Perritt, the 2017 BMW CCA Club Racing IP champion, in 15 of their 16 meetings. Isolated results against stronger competitors, including professional-level drivers Carter Fartuch and Cody Kishel, appeared occasionally but did not establish a pattern. LeBlanc's racing was concentrated in club and one-make categories; his 2016 NASA activity represented his only sustained venture outside club racing, where he secured a win and two podiums across three starts before his last recorded activity ended that year.
