James Lindenthal is a competitive amateur racer with a Racer Rating of 1,772, placing him in the club racing band. However, he has struggled against Michael LaMaina and Kipp Gaynor in head-to-head competition, finishing behind them consistently despite sharing significant race counts.

Lindenthal remains active in regional racing. His brief venture into American Endurance Racing in 2026 produced no podiums across three starts, suggesting his primary focus remains single-seater or stock car competition at the regional level. Without wins across 40 starts, his results show a driver capable of occasional success in competitive amateur fields but not yet consistently contending for victories.
