Jason Bowles is a professional stock car racing driver from Canada who raced primarily in North American single-seater and oval championships between 2005 and 2013. He competed most extensively in NASCAR Xfinity, where he started 40 times for The Motorsports Group, racing ovals for the vast majority of his Xfinity campaign. He also made brief appearances in NASA's multiclass endurance series, the Star Mazda Championship, NASCAR Truck, and SKUSA SuperNationals, accumulating 46 starts across all series.[1]

Bowles won the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West championship in 2009, his most significant result on record. In NASCAR Xfinity, his primary series, he finished behind established and elite professionals regularly. He raced against Justin Allgaier, an Xfinity champion with over 530 starts in the series, and Michael Annett, a professional with 320 Xfinity starts, typically finishing behind both. He posted finishes ahead of Denny Hamlin once and Ryan Blaney twice; both are elite professionals who went on to substantial careers in NASCAR's top series. MacDonald Motorsports fielded him for 33 of his starts, a team that ran without wins across the index and fielded drivers ranging from amateurs to established professionals like Michael McDowell.[2]
