José Manuel Perez Aicart is a retired professional racing driver from Spain. He competed in the World Touring Car Championship and 24H Series endurance racing, most prominently in single-seater touring car competition for SEAT Sport.[1]
His indexed career spans a decade from 2008 to 2018, totalling three starts across two series. In the World Touring Car Championship, he contested two rounds for SEAT Sport in 2008 and finished 22nd in the championship standings. A decade later he made a single endurance start in the TCR class of the 24H Series, sharing a touring car in multiclass competition.[2]
Perez Aicart raced against established professionals throughout his career. He finished behind Jordi Gené, a World Touring Car Championship regular with 128 starts in the championship, on most occasions they met. He did take individual race finishes ahead of Alessandro Zanardi and Felix Porteiro, both established professionals with substantial single-seater and touring car experience; Zanardi had contested Formula 1 and Porteiro had raced in GP2 Series and Formula V8 3.5.
