Leonard Weiss is an entry-level professional racing in multiclass endurance championships across Europe. FIA Silver graded, he races LMP3 prototypes and GT3 cars in shared-driver events for WTM by Rinaldi Racing. His indexed career spans nine seasons from 2017 to 2025, with 70 starts across seven series.[1]
Weiss has taken 15 podiums and five wins across his career. His wins cluster in shorter-format racing; two wins came in the 24H Series' GT3 classes, two in Prototype Cup Germany in 2022, and one in Road to Le Mans, where he also took a podium in his most recent outing in 2024. His European Le Mans Series record across five seasons shows two podiums from 16 starts, while his Le Mans Cup campaign in 2021 and 2022 yielded two podiums in ten starts.[2]
Weiss races in fields mixing amateurs with established professionals. Among regular opponents, he runs closely matched against Jacques Wolff, an entry-level professional with substantial Le Mans Cup and European Le Mans Series experience, and against Michael Jensen, an established professional who won the 2025 Asian Le Mans Series championship. He has finished ahead of Laurens Vanthoor, an established professional and three-time champion in IMSA and WEC with 67 IMSA starts, and Nico Müller, an established professional who raced 81 DTM rounds and 55 Formula E races.
