Mark Pombo is a competitive amateur racing in national multiclass endurance series and single-seater championships. He has competed in IMSA Pilot Challenge, ChampCar Endurance Series, and TGRNA GR Cup North America, driving everything from lightly modified sports cars and TCR touring cars to budget production-based machinery. His primary team affiliation is with MINI JCW Team, which fielded him for 19 of his 46 starts across multiple series.[1]
Pombo's record spans 18 years with 46 starts across four championships. His strongest performances came early; in 2008 he won three races and took four podiums in NASA's Spec Miata class in four starts. He then moved into multiclass endurance racing with IMSA Pilot Challenge from 2016 to 2019, earning one win and four podiums across 20 starts for LA Honda World Racing. His most recent indexed activity came in 2023 with TGRNA GR Cup North America, where he completed a full season of 17 rounds and finished twenty-second in the championship standings.
