🇩🇪 Kevin Warum

Kevin Warum is a competitive amateur who raced multiclass endurance cars shared between co-drivers on the Nürburgring circuit. He competed primarily in the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie across seven seasons from 2012 to 2019, driving Porsche Cayman GT4 Clubsport and BMW one-make cup cars for rent2drive-FAMILIA-racing, before moving to the Nürburgring 24 Hours for three final seasons with Team Sorg Rennsport.[1]

Across 46 starts in these championships, Warum took one win and eight podiums. His single victory came in the Langstrecken-Serie, where he was a regular front-runner; he was a habitual podium finisher there with seven top-three results from his 43 starts. In the 24 Hours, a more selective appearance for the stronger entries, he earned one podium from three appearances.[2]

Warum's record placed him in a field of mixed experience. Christian Konnerth, a professional and two-time Langstrecken-Serie class champion, was his most frequent rival at that level; the two were closely matched across multiple meetings. Against club-level regulars such as Michael Mohr, who had comparable experience in the same championships, Warum usually finished ahead. On single occasions he beat established professionals including Matt Campbell, a WEC LMGTE Am champion, and Jordan Pepper, a Gold-graded driver with substantial international racing; both were one-off results in a field where amateur and professional drivers shared the same grid.
