Nick Galante is an entry-level professional racing in the IMSA Pilot Challenge, a multiclass endurance series where GT4-level sports cars, lightly modified production cars, and TCR touring machines share the track and drivers rotate during races. Graded FIA Bronze, he has spent nine seasons in the series since 2016, competing for teams including RS1 and BimmerWorld Racing.[1]
Galante has won eight times across 58 starts and taken 18 podiums in the Pilot Challenge. He was champion of the ST class in 2016 with RS1 and again in 2018 with BimmerWorld Racing. His record places him amid the established core of the series; he regularly races Eric Foss, a Silver-graded 2017 Pilot Challenge ST champion, and holds a closely matched head-to-head against him, and he typically finishes ahead of fellow Bronze-graded competitor Tim Probert. He has finished ahead of drivers with far heavier professional credentials, including Chase Briscoe, an elite professional and ARCA champion with 225 NASCAR Cup starts, whom he beat three times, and Corey Heim, a Silver-graded driver who won the NASCAR Truck championship three consecutive years from 2023 to 2025, whom he beat once. In 2025 his first round saw him place 25th in the season points.[2]
