Nico Rindlisbacher is a retired entry-level professional single-seater racing driver. He raced in Italian Formula 4 and ADAC Formula 4 for Jenzer Motorsport between 2015 and 2016, and made a single endurance start in the 24H Series in 2017 with MSG Motorsport in a Porsche 911 GT3 Cup 991-class car.[1]
Rindlisbacher's primary indexed record comes from Italian Formula 4, where he completed two full seasons from 2014 to 2015 with 33 starts. He took one podium across those campaigns and finished eighth in the 2015 championship standings. He then moved to ADAC Formula 4 for three starts in 2015 before stepping back from single-seater racing. His endurance outing came two years later in a 24H Series round.[2]
In Italian Formula 4, Rindlisbacher raced in fields including two drivers who went on to substantially higher levels. Lando Norris, who became a generational talent and later a Formula 1 champion, raced the same series; Rindlisbacher finished ahead of Norris twice across their meetings. Zhou Guanyu, an established professional who reached Formula 2, also competed in Italian Formula 4, and Rindlisbacher bettered him five times. Among his regular opponents were Lucas Mauron and Bar Baruch, both entry-level professionals with their own graded status and similar experience in the series; Rindlisbacher was closely matched with both.
