Paul van Splunteren is a professional racing driver from the Netherlands who competed in shared-car endurance racing. He made four starts in the FIA GT Championship between 2006 and 2009, driving for Prospeed Competition and Mühlner Motorsport in a field that mixed amateur and semi-professional drivers with established graded professionals.[1]

His indexed record spans four seasons with a single-digit start count, finishing 29th in the 2009 FIA GT Championship standings. He raced against established professionals including Michael Bartels, a three-time FIA GT champion, and Bert Longin, a Bronze-graded driver with 80 starts in the series; van Splunteren typically finished behind both. He recorded finishes ahead of two established professionals, the 2004 FIA GT champion Fabrizio Gollin and International Formula 3000 driver Paul Belmondo, each on one occasion. Mühlner Motorsport, the team that fielded him for half his starts, has been a regular entrant in the championship with significant race wins and has employed drivers ranging from his level to established professionals.[2]
