Matteo Malucelli is an established professional endurance racer rated Gold by the FIA, competing in multiclass championships where amateurs and graded professionals share the grid. His career spanned 12 seasons from 2004 to 2020 across 56 starts, with his longest tenure in the FIA GT Championship for BMS Scuderia Italia. He raced primarily in shared-car endurance formats; the 24H Series, where he drove Porsche 911 GT3 Cup and GT3 machinery, proved his strongest suit.[1]

Malucelli took eight wins and twelve podiums across fifteen 24H Series starts between 2017 and 2020, winning the championship in consecutive years in 2018 and 2019 with Scuderia Praha under the Bohemia Energy banner. His earlier campaign in the FIA GT Championship yielded a single podium from 35 starts. He also competed in the World Endurance Championship, where he scored a win and two podiums across four starts for Risi Competizione, and made two IMSA WeatherTech starts in 2014.
