Paolo Salvatore is a competitive amateur racing at club and regional level in North American single-seater and one-make series. His Racer Rating of 2,256 places him in the competitive amateur band; drivers at this level race regularly against professionals but typically lack the consistency and pace to contend for wins at the strongest end of regional competition. Salvatore has compiled 58 starts across seven seasons from 2020 to 2026, averaging a fifth-place finish. He has won three races and taken 15 podiums in total, with his primary success coming in SCCA Majors, where he has won twice and podiumed ten times across 25 starts since 2021.[1]

Salvatore's head-to-head record reflects his position in a mid-tier competitive band. Against Joseph Dederichs and Nicholas Smither, both near-peers in rating, he holds winning records of 13-7 and 12-6 respectively, demonstrating clear superiority over drivers at his level. However, his record against stronger professional rivals is decisively negative. Against Tom Tait, an FIA Bronze driver rated 2,940, Salvatore finished ahead only 7 times in 24 shared races. He remains active in regional competition but has not progressed to the level of consistent wins against professional-graded fields that would mark advancement to higher competition.
