Simon Sikes is an entry-level professional racing driver competing in the USF2000 Championship with Pabst Racing and, latterly, Sarah Fisher Hartman Racing. He holds an FIA Silver grade. Sikes races single-seaters in USF2000 and USF Pro 2000, national championships run in the United States, and has also competed in multiclass open-wheel racing at the SCCA national level.[1]
Sikes took the 2023 USF2000 championship with three wins from eleven starts. He has since moved primarily to USF Pro 2000, where he took two wins in seventeen starts across the 2024 season. He continues to race in USF2000; through two rounds in 2025 he sits sixteenth in the standings. Across his six indexed seasons, from 2020 to 2025, Sikes has taken nine wins and twenty podiums from thirty-six starts.[2]
His regular opponents include Lochie Hughes, a professional and 2022 US F4 champion with experience across Indy NXT, USF Pro 2000 and multiple single-seater formulae. Sikes has regularly finished ahead of Hughes and trails him narrowly overall. He has also finished ahead of Nikita Johnson, the 2024 USF Pro 2000 champion, multiple times despite Johnson's stronger overall record and higher grading. In his multiclass entries at the SCCA Runoffs and Majors, Sikes finished on the podium in all five starts across those events.
