His indexed career spans eight seasons from 2013 to 2023 across 96 starts, fielding cars for teams including Douglas Motorsport in the junior single-seaters and Team WRT in GT and endurance racing. He drove GB3 and Formula V8 3.5 machinery in his early career, later moving to multiclass endurance racing in GT World Challenge Europe, the European Le Mans Series and the 24H Series, where he shared prototype and GT3 cars with co-drivers.[1]

His record across these series yielded two wins and nine podiums. In GB3, Menchaca took one win and seven podiums across 43 starts with Douglas Motorsport in 2013 and 2014. He returned to single-seater racing in 2017 with a podium finish in Formula V8 3.5 before a brief spell in GP3 Series in 2018 without a finish in the points. His endurance racing began in 2019 with GT World Challenge Europe and continued sporadically through 2022, latterly appearing in the European Le Mans Series in 2021. His final indexed race came in the 24H Series in 2023, where he and his Team WRT co-drivers secured a win and a podium finish in the GT3 class.[2]

In single-seaters, Menchaca regularly finished ahead of entry-level professional Rahul Raj Mayer and behind Gold-graded professional Raoul Hyman, who won the 2022 Formula Regional Americas championship. He shared grids with generational drivers including George Russell, whom he finished ahead of four times in GB3, and elite professional รlex Palou, beaten once in GP3 Series. In endurance racing he raced in fields mixing amateur and semi-professional entrants with graded professionals in the same multiclass events.
