🇧🇷 Pietro Fittipaldi

Pietro Fittipaldi is a professional racing driver rated at 4,649, competing in multiclass endurance racing at the highest level. He races for Vector Sport in the European Le Mans Series, driving LMP2 prototypes in a field shared by amateurs, semi-professionals and Platinum-graded professionals; he also competes in IMSA WeatherTech for Pratt Miller Motorsports and holds a reserve role with Haas in Formula One. Fittipaldi holds an FIA Platinum grade, the top professional classification for sportscar and endurance racing.[1]

His career spans 15 seasons and 163 starts across multiple disciplines. He won the 2017 Formula V8 3.5 championship with Lotus, taking six wins and eleven podiums in his two seasons in that series. In single-seater racing, he contested the FIA Formula 3 European championship in 2015 with Fortec Motorsports, ran the DTM in 2016, and made two Formula One appearances for Haas in 2020. His endurance programme has yielded three podiums in the European Le Mans Series and two in the FIA World Endurance Championship; he took a win in WEC in 2022. He competed in IndyCar between 2018 and 2024, making 27 starts with fourteen on oval circuits.[2]

In endurance racing he shares the grid with some of the sport's strongest professionals. He has finished ahead of George Russell, now a generational talent in Formula One, once in their careers, and Charles Leclerc three times. His regular opponents in IndyCar include Felix Rosenqvist and Santino Ferrucci, both established professionals with FIA Gold grades and significant series experience; Fittipaldi typically finishes behind them in those races. His most recent work remains in prototype racing, where he continues to pursue a path to a Hypercar or GTP seat.
