Emily Linscott was a semi-professional racing driver competing in single-seater formula championships in the United States between 2019 and 2021. She raced in the Lucas Oil Formula Car Race Series and US F4, driving formula cars for Crosslink/Kiwi Motorsport in the latter. Graded Silver by the FIA, she sat below the professional tiers in endurance and sportscar racing classification, though her record came in single-seater sprint competition.[1]
Across 31 starts in her three indexed seasons, Linscott took three podiums; she started in the Lucas Oil Formula Car Race Series in 2019 and 2020 with 18 entries and three top-three finishes, then moved to US F4 in 2021 where she completed 13 rounds and finished 25th in the championship standings. In US F4 she joined an established team that fielded multiple drivers and numbered among its graduates the professional-level driver Hannah Greenemeier.[2]
Linscott regularly raced against Matt Christensen, the 2020 Lucas Oil champion and an entry-level professional, and usually finished behind him; she also faced competitive amateur Dillon Newell frequently and finished behind him as well.
