🇫🇮 Eric Geboers

Eric Geboers was a professional racing driver who competed in shared-car endurance racing. His indexed career comprises three starts in the FIA GT Championship between 2001 and 2002, driving for PSI Motorsport.[1]

Geboers finished 36th in the 2002 FIA GT Championship standings. His entry into circuit racing came late in a career that had already established him as one of motocross's most successful competitors; a five-time motocross world champion with 39 Grand Prix victories across the sport's three championship classes, he was the first rider to win titles in each of them. His transition to four-wheel racing yielded limited results; he finished behind established professionals including Antonio Garcia, a multiple-time IMSA champion, and Andrea Chiesa, who had raced in Formula 1, on most occasions they shared a race. He beat Jean-Pierre Jarier, a former Formula 1 driver with 138 starts in the series, once across their meetings in the FIA GT Championship.[2]
