Ethan Low is an entry-level professional racing in national solo and shared-car series in the United States. He holds an FIA Silver grading, the designation for drivers developing toward professional status in GT and endurance racing. His main current team is Flying Lion Motorsports, with whom he races Ford Mustang Dark Horse R cars in the Mustang Challenge.[1]

Low has raced across five seasons from 2013 to 2026, collecting 24 starts, one win, and five podiums. His breakthrough came early in his indexed career in NASA's Spec Miata class in 2013, where he took a win and three podiums from six starts. He returned to national racing in 2016 with six starts in IMSA Pilot Challenge shared-car endurance racing, then moved into multiclass GT racing. In 2025 he made two International GT starts in a 4.0-litre Porsche 911 GT3 Cup car, taking a podium, and in 2023 contested SCCA Regionals. His current campaign in Mustang Challenge sees him racing solo for Flying Lion Motorsports; he has taken one podium from eight starts so far and finished 81st in the championship standings.[2]

Low typically finishes behind his regular competitors Cole Loftsgard and Devin Anderson, both entry-level professionals with more extensive Mustang Challenge experience. He has nevertheless beaten professional drivers including Brandon Davis, an IMSA WeatherTech regular graded FIA Silver, and Trent Hindman, a multiple professional-level champion in IMSA Pilot Challenge and WeatherTech GTD who has 75 IMSA Pilot Challenge starts to Low's six. His most recent podium in Mustang Challenge came at Virginia International Raceway in August 2026.
