🇬🇧 Henry Dawes

Henry Dawes is an entry-level professional competing in single-class sprint racing in the Porsche Carrera Cup GB, a national championship run at United Kingdom circuits. He races for Century Motorsport and holds an FIA Bronze grade, which places him among amateur and gentleman drivers in endurance and sportscar racing. His single indexed season in British GT came in 2022, when he took a podium finish in the GT3 class of that multiclass endurance championship, also for Century Motorsport.[1]

Dawes currently sits 11th in the 2026 Porsche Carrera Cup GB standings with four rounds raced so far this season. His record across both indexed series stands at five starts and one podium, achieved in British GT in 2022. That result came in a field including established professionals such as James Cottingham, a 22-time World Endurance Championship starter, and Alex Malykhin, who has raced in GT World Challenge Europe; Dawes finished ahead of both drivers in that race.[2]

In the Porsche Carrera Cup grid this season, Dawes races alongside Callum Voisin, a GB3 champion and 45-time GB3 starter now competing as a Porsche Junior, and Isaac Phelps, who has 21 GB4 starts and 12 Carrera Cup appearances. He has finished behind both drivers in regular competition this year. Century Motorsport has fielded 72 drivers across the index and has taken 33 race wins, with its strongest entry, Jake Dennis, an established professional; Dawes has completed four rounds in his current campaign with more still to come.
