🇬🇧 Jack Sherwood

Jack Sherwood is an entry-level professional racing driver competing in national single-seater and sportscar championships in the United Kingdom and United States. He races for Team Parker Racing in the Porsche Carrera Cup GB, driving a Porsche 911 GT3 Cup car, and has spent four seasons in British formula racing with Rodin Motorsport and other teams since 2022.[1]

Sherwood's career has centred on British formula racing, where he recorded 63 starts in British F4 across 2022 to 2024, taking 11 podiums. He moved into GB3 in 2023 while continuing in F4, adding 22 starts but managing only one podium in the higher category. Earlier in 2022 he raced GB4, where he took two wins and nine podiums from 22 starts. His breakthrough into sportscar racing came in 2025 with entries in PCA Club Racing, and in 2026 he joined Team Parker Racing in Porsche Carrera Cup GB. With 12 rounds raced so far this season, he has taken four podiums and sits fifth in the championship standings, still with rounds remaining.[2]

In formula racing, Sherwood typically finished ahead of entry-level professional Kai Daryanani but regularly behind 2024 British F4 champion Deagen Fairclough, a professional driver who has raced at higher levels. He has finished ahead of established professionals including Italian Formula 3 graduate Hiyu Yamakoshi and Formula 3 regular Ugo Ugochukwu, though these occasions have been isolated rather than the pattern of his racing. In his current Carrera Cup season, he competes in a field alongside established amateurs and semi-professionals, holding a points position in the top five.
