Rubén Fernández is an entry-level professional racing in international single-class and multiclass touring car championships. He competed in the TCR World Tour for RC2 Racing Team in 2023 and in the 24H Series endurance championship for RC2 Junior Team by Cabra Racing in 2021, combining solo sprint racing in TCR cars with shared-driver endurance rounds in the same machinery across a field mixing amateurs, semi-professionals and established professionals.[1]
His indexed record spans six starts across two seasons. In the TCR World Tour he took four rounds in 2023, finishing 24th in the championship standings for RC2 Racing Team, a small operation that has fielded two drivers at entry level. His earlier racing came in the 24H Series, where he took two starts in the multiclass endurance championship's TCR class in 2021.[2]
