🏳️ Jeffrey Schmidt

Jeffrey Schmidt is a professional racing driver, FIA Silver graded, who competed in GT endurance racing across seven seasons from 2013 to 2023. His main campaign came in the ADAC GT Masters, a single-class shared-car series, where he drove for Callaway Competition and scored one win and two podiums across twelve starts. He also raced the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie, the PCA Club Racing championship, and brief outings in the IMSA WeatherTech GTD class and GT World Challenge Europe; his career totalled 32 starts, three wins and fifteen podiums.[1]

Schmidt won the PCA Club Racing championship in 2016 and took a podium in the 24H Series' A6-PRO GT3 class at Spa in 2021. His strongest single-series performance came in the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie, where he won once and finished on the podium in five of six starts for Montaplast by Land-Motorsport. His record in the ADAC GT Masters came in a field mixing amateur and professional drivers; he opened his account there with a maiden win at Most in 2018 alongside Stefan Mücke, and added another podium before the series ended for him in 2021.[2]

Schmidt raced regularly against Jules Gounon, an established Platinum-graded professional, and held his own in that matchup; he also shared grids with Mathieu Jaminet, a multiple IMSA WeatherTech champion, though typically finished behind him. He beat Maro Engel, the 2024 GT World Challenge Europe champion, three times across their meetings. Against Austin Cindric, an established professional and 2020 NASCAR Xfinity champion, he secured one victory.
