José Manuel Sapag is an entry-level professional racing driver from Argentina who has competed in international touring car and endurance series. His indexed career spans six seasons from 2018 to 2023, with 10 starts across the 24H Series multiclass endurance championship, the TCR World Tour single-seater series, and the FIA World Touring Car Cup. He raced TCR touring cars for Target Competition in the World Cup and shared a TCR car for Baporo Motorsport in the 24H Series.[1]

Sapag took one podium finish in endurance racing during the 2018–2019 24H Series campaign. In the FIA World Touring Car Cup, he made five starts for Target Competition in 2020 and finished 21st in the championship standings. His most recent racing came in 2023, when he started three rounds of the TCR World Tour for Toyota Team Argentina.[2]

The fields he raced against included established professionals and world championship winners. Sapag finished behind Thed Bjork, a 2017 World Touring Car Championship winner, and Esteban Guerrieri, who won the 2019 World Cup and the 2012 Indy NXT title, in head-to-head meetings across multiple series. He finished ahead of Yann Ehrlacher, the 2020 and 2021 World Cup champion, once, and of FIA Gold graded professional Frederic Vervisch once.
