Martin Hippe is a professional endurance racing driver, FIA Silver grade, who raced LMP3 prototypes in the European Le Mans Series for Inter Europol Competition. His indexed racing record spans one season in 2021, with six starts across the multiclass championship in which his car was shared between two or more drivers.[1]
Hippe took one win and three podiums from his six rounds, finishing fourth in the championship standings. His win came early in the season at Portimรฃo in April. He regularly outfinished established professionals in the LMP3 field, including FIA Gold-graded Malthe Jakobsen, who would go on to win the 2022 European Le Mans Series LMP3 title and twice claim the Asian Le Mans Series championship, and Platinum-graded Mattia Drudi. Hippe also finished ahead of fellow Silver-graded professional Matthias Kaiser, himself a 27-time European Le Mans Series starter.[2]
