Matteo Quintarelli is an entry-level professional racing driver rated 3,789; he holds an FIA Silver grading, which places him among drivers developing their sportscar racing credentials rather than established professionals. He began in formula cars, racing Italian F4 in 2023 and Spanish F4 in 2024, before moving to endurance racing in 2025. He currently competes in shared-car prototype racing, driving LMP3 machinery in the Asian Le Mans Series, European Le Mans Series and Le Mans Cup for teams including 23Events Racing and Team Virage.[1]
Across four seasons and 52 starts, Quintarelli has taken one win and two podiums. His breakthrough came in the Road to Le Mans in 2025, where he won once across two starts. He has since added a single podium in five European Le Mans Series rounds in 2026, his only appearance in that multiclass championship so far. The bulk of his endurance racing has been in the Asian Le Mans Series, where he completed 11 starts across 2025 and 2026 without a podium finish. His formula car career across Italian and Spanish F4 yielded no wins; he finished 15th in the 2024 Spanish F4 championship, his most recent single-seater campaign.[2]
In endurance racing, Quintarelli races alongside established professionals and semi-professionals in mixed fields. He regularly finishes behind Griffin Peebles, an FIA Silver driver and 2025 Le Mans Cup LMP3 Pro-Am champion, and James Egozi, a professional with substantial formula racing experience across Italian F4, Spanish F4 and Formula Regional. He has finished ahead of Arvid Lindblad, an elite professional with FIA Platinum credentials and substantial formula car pedigree including 27 Formula 2 starts, in one meeting, and ahead of Maro Engel, a Platinum-graded established professional and 2024 GT World Challenge Europe champion, in three separate races.
