Ramiro Galarza was a competitive amateur racer who spent his career in TC Pista, Argentina's national single-class touring car championship. Over seven seasons from 2010 to 2017, he made 75 starts for Dodge, recording a single podium finish and ending his final season 20th in the standings.[1]
Galarza raced consistently against a field of drivers at comparable levels. He was closely matched with both Federico Pérez, who would go on to win the 2018 TC Pista title, and Nazareno López, a club-level regular in the series. His record included wins against professional and entry-level professional opposition; he beat Franco Vivian, a professional competitor with 33 TC Pista starts, on eleven occasions, and Santiago Mangoni, an entry-level professional with substantial experience in Turismo Carretera and TC Pista, fifteen times.[2]
