Terry Olson is a retired entry-level professional racer, FIA Bronze graded, who competed in national multiclass motorsport across four series from 2017 to 2022. He raced Lamborghini Huracán Super Trofeo cars in the Lamborghini Super Trofeo NA series for Precision Performance Motorsports, LMP3 prototypes in the IMSA Prototype Challenge for Jr III Racing, and solo V8 pony cars in NASA's American Iron Xtreme class.[1]

His record consisted of 22 starts across three seasons, yielding 5 wins and 12 podiums. The bulk of his racing came in 2021, when he competed in Lamborghini Super Trofeo NA, IMSA Prototype Challenge and IMSA WeatherTech. In Lamborghini Super Trofeo NA that year, he took 4 wins and 6 podiums from 10 starts, earning the 2021 series championship with Precision Performance Motorsports. His IMSA Prototype Challenge campaign yielded 3 podiums from 7 starts across 2021 and 2022. Earlier in 2017, he raced NASA with 4 starts, scoring 1 win and 3 podiums.[2]

Olson raced regularly against Matthew Dicken, a competitive amateur and fellow Bronze-graded driver active across the same series, and finished closely matched with him. He typically finished ahead of Scott Welham, another Bronze-graded competitor. Across his career he beat established professional George Kurtz once and professional Dan Goldburg three times, both far more heavily raced drivers in endurance and prototype competition. Precision Performance Motorsports, which fielded him for the majority of his starts, is an established operation with Parker Kligerman among its stronger drivers.
