USF2000 is a sprint single-seater series using American-specification F2000 formula cars. The series resumed operation in 2010 and forms the second rung of the Road to Indy ladder. The field is entry-level professional, comparable to but slightly stronger than SKUSA SuperNationals and considerably weaker than USF Pro 2000, which sits directly above it. Jack Jeffers and Leonardo Escorpioni rank among the strongest drivers currently competing.
