Between 2006 and 2008, Nebylitskiy contested the Formula Renault Eurocup, completing 23 starts with SG Drivers' Project but recording no podium finishes. He subsequently moved into Formula V8 3.5, where he spent four seasons from 2009 to 2012 accumulating 32 starts for Team RFR.[1]
Nebylitskiy achieved his sole podium finish across his career during his Formula V8 3.5 tenure. His final competitive campaign came in 2012, when he completed five rounds in the series before concluding his racing career with a 13th-place classification.
