🇺🇸 Jake Rosenzweig

Jake Rosenzweig was a professional racing driver competing in Formula 1 support series. Across eight seasons from 2006 to 2013, he raced in Formula Renault Eurocup, Formula 3 Euro Series, GP2 Series and Formula V8 3.5, primarily for Epsilon Euskadi 1, Carlin Motorsport, and Barwa Addax Team. He drove single-seaters in mixed-level fields that included both amateur and graded professional competitors.[1]

Rosenzweig took 94 starts across these championships with a single podium finish, coming in Formula 3 Euro Series in 2009. His most substantial campaign came in Formula V8 3.5, where he contested 40 races from 2010 to 2012; he also spent two seasons in GP2 Series between 2012 and 2013, taking 25 starts for Barwa Addax Team. The span of his racing career shows progression through the junior single-seater ranks, though without securing wins at any level.[2]

Against the regulars he faced most often, Rosenzweig was closely matched with professional and FIA Gold graded driver Nathanael Berthon but typically finished behind fellow GP2 and Formula 3 competitor Stefano Coletti. He finished ahead of Mitch Evans, who won the 2012 GP3 Series and went on to race Formula E extensively, on two occasions, and beat Daniel Ricciardo, the 2010 Formula V8 3.5 champion, once during Ricciardo's early career in that series.
