Milan Dontje is a professional endurance racing driver from the Netherlands, rated at the FIA Silver grade for sportscar competition. His career spans multiclass endurance grids across Europe from 2011 to 2023, racing primarily in the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie and GT World Challenge Europe. He drove for Attempto Racing, Car Collection Motorsport and affiliated teams over his indexed career, competing in GT3, GT4 and production-based machinery across shared-driver formats at flagship events including the Nürburgring 24 Hours and 24H Series.[1]

Dontje accumulated 31 starts across five series over a 12-year span. His significant results include two wins in the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie and a podium finish in the 24H Series. He made three starts at the Nürburgring 24 Hours, the marquee endurance event in his home racing region, and appeared in the GT World Challenge Europe championship across 12 rounds. Beyond his indexed racing, he had an earlier career in formula categories including ADAC Formel Masters and ATS Formel 3 Cup before moving to sportscar competition.[2]

Dontje raced in grids mixing club amateurs with established professionals holding higher FIA grades. His most frequent opponents were Maro Engel, a Platinum-graded driver and GT World Challenge Europe champion, and Nico Bastian, a Gold-graded professional; he typically finished behind both. Among drivers he did beat were Matt Campbell, a Platinum-graded professional with multiple WEC titles and current IMSA GTP competition, and Nico Müller, a Platinum-graded driver with DTM and Formula E experience, though these wins came in isolated meetings rather than sustained competition.
