Antonio Pérez is an entry-level professional who raced stock cars in North America and Brazil. He competed in NASCAR Xfinity from 2007 to 2010, primarily for TriStar Motorsports, and made a single start in Brazil's Stock Car Pro Series in 2015. His career spans eight starts across both championships.[1]
Pérez's record in NASCAR Xfinity showed him in the middle of a field mixing amateurs, semi-professionals and established professionals. He split his seven starts between road courses and ovals, finishing behind established professionals Brad Keselowski and Carl Edwards on most occasions they met. He recorded isolated results ahead of both drivers; he finished ahead of Keselowski once and Michael McDowell, an established professional with significant NASCAR Cup experience, once. His final indexed appearance came in 2015 with a 34th-place championship standing in the Stock Car Pro Series.[2]
