Larry Foyt is an American retired driver who competed in IndyCar competition. The grandson and adopted son of legendary driver A.J. Foyt, Foyt made a single IndyCar start in 2006 driving for A.J. Foyt Enterprises. That appearance resulted in a 35th-place finish with no podium finishes across his racing career.[1]
Following his departure from full-time competition, Foyt transitioned to team ownership and management, serving as team principal for A.J. Foyt Enterprises. He joined the board of directors for the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum in early 2026 and has been involved in the strategic direction of A.J. Foyt Racing's operations and return to the INDY NXT series.[2]
