Matias Perez Companc is a professional racing in a national pro-am multiclass endurance series and solo sprint racing across Ferrari Challenge, GT World Challenge and IMSA competition. He races for Af Corse, the Italian operation fielding him across IMSA WeatherTech, IMSA VP Racing SportsCar Challenge and GT World Challenge Europe. His machinery is predominantly GT3 cars in the IMSA series and Ferrari 488 and 296 Challenge models in Ferrari Challenge, where he also races in the P and P-AM classes. He holds an FIA Silver grading, a step below the full-professional grades.[1]

Across three seasons from 2024 to 2026, Perez Companc has taken 11 podiums in 22 starts, with wins in Ferrari Challenge and GT World Challenge America. His strongest finish came in IMSA VP Racing SportsCar Challenge in 2025, where he took three podiums in four starts. In that year's IMSA WeatherTech campaign he finished 25th in championship standings across five rounds. His breakthrough in Ferrari Challenge came in his first indexed season, 2024, when he collected five podiums and a win in seven starts with Ferrari of Central Florida.[2]

He has finished ahead of Kakunoshin Ohta, an FIA Gold professional with significant experience in Super Formula and Super GT, and Dane Cameron, an FIA Platinum driver who has won the IMSA WeatherTech championship and claimed titles across endurance racing. Against Robby Foley, an FIA Gold professional and 2025 GT World Challenge America Pro-Am champion, he is closely matched. George Kurtz, an established professional and multiple champion, typically finishes ahead of him in their regular meetings.
