🇨🇦 Mikael Grenier

Grenier is a professional racing driver competing primarily in multiclass endurance racing across North America and Europe. Graded FIA Gold, he drives GT3 cars for JMF Motorsports in GT World Challenge America, where he has been a mainstay since 2024, and races for GetSpeed Team Dubai in the European equivalent. His most active series is GT World Challenge America, in which he has taken six wins and seventeen podiums from nineteen starts; he also competes in the 24-hour races at Bathurst and the Nürburgring, and in the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie.[1]

Grenier has raced for twelve seasons across multiple categories. He began in single-seaters, competing in Star Mazda in 2009 and 2010, where he took a win and five podiums in eighteen starts and finished sixth in the championship standings. A brief Indy NXT stint followed in 2011 to 2013. He then moved to sportscar and endurance racing, where his record has concentrated since 2018. In IMSA WeatherTech he has made thirty starts for 75 Express with one win and six podiums. His breakthrough came in GT World Challenge America, where he has emerged as a consistent frontrunner; his wins in that series came between 2024 and 2026. He has also raced in GT World Challenge Europe, taking three podiums from twenty-six starts, and earned a single-seater excursion into DTM in 2022 with Mercedes-AMG Team GruppeM Racing.[2]

In his regular North American endurance field, Grenier runs alongside Luca Stolz and Maro Engel, both established professionals graded FIA Platinum. Against Stolz, an accomplished international competitor in GT racing and DTM, he typically finishes behind; against Engel, 2024 GT World Challenge Europe champion, he is closely matched. He has finished ahead of Max Verstappen once in the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie and Alex Palou once across his career.
